Spencer Papa was born in Newport Beach, California, and moved to Edmond, Oklahoma, at a young age. His tennis career started at the age of five, and by his teenage years, he became one of the top junior tennis players in the US. As a result, he received a full scholarship to the USTA’s United Tennis Academy in Boca Raton, Florida, where he attended throughout his high school years. Spencer became ranked number 15 in the world on the ITF circuit. He attended the University of Oklahoma which, at the time, had the top-ranked college tennis program in the country. By his junior year, he brought home the first NCAA title for OU and competed in the US Open. After college, he moved to Dallas and played professionally, making the finals of a Futures tournament of the USTA Men’s Pro Circuit. When COVID occurred, he stopped playing full-time and soon began coaching at Northwood Club. At an exclusive club like Northwood he was able to coach/network with some of the most successful people in Dallas where he learned to invest and understand how to be an entrepreneur. He has now taken his work ethic into the financial world in which he connected to work with child hood friend, Joesph Digiulio CEO of Digiulio financial.
